Worldwide 5-7 working days

 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to delays outside of my control.
All items are made to order and will usually ship within two (2) working days.
Shipping times are based on the date the order is shipped.
All items are shipped tracked where available. Your tracking number will be included with your dispatch confirmation email.
Orders are sent out in a discreet plain black box.

 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and you may be subject to these fees when the shipment reaches your country. When possible, we attempt to collect these fees at checkout, but additional fees may still be due.

Please keep in mind, customs clearance procedures may cause delays to our shipping estimates.

 

Missing, Stolen, or Lost Deliveries

If you have not received your package within the expected delivery window, please let me know and I will contact Royal Mail.

 

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact me as soon as possible. Please note, missing, lost, or stolen orders are not eligible for a refund unless Royal Mail confirm the issue.

 

Changing an Order

I can generally accommodate order changes prior to shipment, however, once an order is made, it cannot be changed. 

Once your order has shipped, I will not be able to make any changes. However, you may return your unused item for a refund. Please see my returns and exchanges policy for more information.
