Beautiful necklace. It was dispatched on the day I ordered and arrived quickly, eight days later within the EU without any problems. It can be a bit tricky to put on and adjust at first just because it's a metal necklace sitting tightly on the neck (maybe similar to some piercings). I'm happy about the adjustable length. It can leave a subtle imprint if worn for long and when I'm moving a lot just because it's all metal and tight. The design isn't 100% symmetrical (just a remark for the perfectionists among us) which I already got from the photos but for me it's perfect. I love it and have been obsessed with infinity knot hearts every since. Good purchase.

This arrived back in February, and I can honestly say the only time it has come off is when I’ve had a shift. I bought it bigger so that it doesn’t look like a collar, and it sits perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you 😊
